New acquisition in France by the Belgian group Trustteam, advised by DDA & Company

MSI Nord and SGI Nord, long-standing companies in the Hauts-de-France region specializing in infrastructure, cloud, telecoms, networks, and end-user services, further strengthen Trustteam’s geographic footprint in France and enhance its expertise, particularly in hosting, managed services, and the delivery of business applications. Backed by Rivean Capital since 2022, the Belgian group continues to pursue its growth strategy through this acquisition, reinforcing its position as a preferred IT partner for SMEs and mid-sized companies across Europe.
