Following a sale process led by DDA&Company, Healthmark Industries Co., a US manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment, acquired LTA Medical, the French leading manufacturer of cleaning brushes used for sterilizing operating room instruments and flexible endoscopes.
LTA Medical was founded in 1992 in Montreuil (outskirts of Paris, France) to become the French leading specialist developer of high-end cleaning brushes that are used in the sterilization process of operating room instruments and flexible endoscopes. The company perpetuates a family heritage in brush manufacturing passed down 4 generations.
LTA Medical’s clients are institutions that have made sterilization a priority and seek the highest quality on the market; these include:

Healthmark Industries Co. develops and markets innovative solutions to aid healthcare facilities in their delivery of surgical instruments and other lifesaving medical devices to patients. These solutions include: Products for the effective cleaning, validation and verification of the cleaning process; Packaging and other accessories for the proper sterilization, storage and delivery of surgical instruments; Tools to identify and secure emergency and other lifesaving supplies and equipment.
By acquiring LTA Medical, Healthmark plans to expand its product range and geographic footprint in France and in Europe.
