This project is fully aligned with the Group strategy to remain focused on the Prestige Beauty business with a full panel of world-class industrial know-how for which we are able to reach a critical size and to bring distinctive advantages to our Clients. The project would also enable Qualiform to further develop and benefit from stronger synergies.

Qualiform would ideally complement the current Certina portfolio, alongside Rebhan and Hermann Koch, by reinforcing Certina presence on the French market as well as in the Prestige business.

The cross-fertilization between Rebhan, Hermann Koch and Qualiform, especially for technologies and commercial development would benefit to each of the three companies as well as to their Clients.
