In 2009 OmniTicket Network became part of the Best Union Group of Companies. Best Union Company (BEST), a public company traded on the Italian Stock Exchange, was established in 1999 with the purpose of providing HR outsourcing for major events, and has been the leader in Italy in ticketing distribution and event services.
With the acquisition of OmniTicket Network it became one of the top five ticketing companies with 11 offices worldwide.
