NP6 reorganizes its capital, only three and a half years after a first MBO with Turenne Capital.
MailPerformance’s Bordeaux-based publisher, an e-mail and SMS routing platform, supported by the DDA consulting firm, welcomes Naxicap Partners, which was following the target via its Toulouse office, and Initiative & Finance.
Turenne, who gives a small ticket, remains a shareholder while the leader and co-founder Stéphane Zittoun retains the majority.
The contribution of financial investors, including Naxicap lead, is supplemented by significant leverage in the current context, since the debt, provided by LCL and Banque Populaire, represents almost a third of the amount.
