DDA & Company represented LTA on its sale to Healthmark

Following a sale process led by DDA&Company, Healthmark Industries Co., a US manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment, acquired LTA Medical, the French leading manufacturer of cleaning brushes used for sterilizing operating room instruments and flexible endoscopes.

The acquisition of LTA Medical by Healthmark carries several advantages: for LTA Medical the transaction will accelerate its development in terms of sales and production thanks to the support of a company leader in its sector. It also carries the opportunity to expand the product offering in the French market. Healthmark will benefit from taking control of a manufacturer which products benefit from a positive image and it will also be the occasion to establish itself in France and Europe. For me this deal makes perfect sense.
