DDA & Company represented InfoParc SA on its sale to Cassiopae DDA & Company represented the shareholder of InfoParc SA (Groupe Europ Assistance), a provider of Fleet management software solutions, on its sale to financial software leader Cassiopae

Cassiopae, a market leader in global asset finance software announced that it has acquired 100% of the shares of InfoParc, a Paris based fleet management software provider. The acquisition is consistent with Cassiopae’s long-term strategy of becoming a global leader in the asset finance software niche. Previously owned by Europ Assistance (Generali group), InfoParc’s total revenue for 2009 was 1.5M€.

The InfoParc acquisition enables Cassiopae to expand its current offering and increase its expertise in fleet management. Together with vehicle leasing, fleet management is an important business requirement for many Cassiopae clients as well as the asset finance software market. The business development potential for Cassiopae in this area is significant.

There are numerous synergies between InfoParc and Cassiopae. The acquisition enables us to share resources very quickly and allows us to provide to our customers our combined product offering for vehicle finance and fleet management.
