DDA & Company advises Teamwill Consulting in the acquisition of Talendo Consulting

Advised by DDA & Company, Teamwill Group carries on its acquisition spree with the purchase of Talendo Consulting. The team of 50 consultants, specializing in consultancy and project management on digital transformation projects in the leasing and specialized financing sector, bolsters Teamwill’s core expertise in this segment.

This acquisition is the third one in less than 6 months after the acquisition of IMEX, a Belgian management consultancy specializing in the car leasing sector, and ORCA, a provider of business tool solutions and mobile applications to sales networks in the financial services sector (banks, automobile captive finance companies and financial institutions).

Teamwill is therefore continuing to implement its ambitious strategic growth plan combining double-digit organic growth and external growth in France and internationally. With this operation, Teamwill reinforces its domestic leadership in its market and its ambition to become the leader in Europe by 2023. It has passed the 450-employee mark and is expected to achieve a turnover of around €45 million in 2020.
