DDA & Company advises Spengler Group on the acquisition of medical equipment manufacturers DDM and ECM

DDA & Company advised the shareholders of Spengler Group in the acquisition of medical equipment manufacturers Dessillons & Dutrillaux and Electro-Concept Médical, positioning itself as a French champion in the manufacture of medical devices.

Supported by Andera Partners and Africinvest Europe since May 2021, Spengler Group is a French medical device manufacturer. With a total revenue of more than 20 million euros, Spengler Group has a growth dynamic and operational efficiency that allow it to actively participate in the consolidation of its market in France and internationally.
