This transaction signifies GRAITEC’s advancement toward global leadership and solution provision in the AEC and MFG space, closely integrating with the Autodesk ecosystem.

Operating in nearly 50 offices in 13 countries, and backed by Seven2 since early 2020, Graitec continues its relentless targeted acquisitions strategy by strengthening its IP portfolio and expanding its footprint in North America. The acquisition of Ideate Software assets, a renowned player in the AEC and owner-software industry, is the 23rd transaction advised by DDA & Company for Graitec.

Launched in 2011 within Ideate Inc., Ideate Software is a software vendor developing a range of plugin tools for Revit. With Ideate Software plugins, companies streamline Revit data management processes, control, and enhance data accuracy, and improve the health of their models.
