Graitec, an international BIM, Fabrication, and Design software developer for AEC, and Autodesk® Platinum Partner across Europe and Gold across Canada, USA and Russia, is delighted to announce the acquisition of Cadpoint.

Operating in nearly 50 offices across 13 countries, and backed by Apax Partners since early 2020, Graitec pursues its external growth strategy by strengthening its customer portfolio with the acquisition of Cadpoint, a U.K based company that provides Autodesk solutions for the AEC Industry to a broad range of clients located across the United Kingdom.

The acquisiton of Cadpoint is the 17th transaction advised by DDA & Company on behalf of Graitec, and the 1st external growth transaction since Apax Partners entered into its capital in early 2020.

This acquisition will further enhance the Graitec position in one of its key markets in Europe, UK, where it operates as (i) an Autodesk Platinum partner ; (ii) a structural analysis and manufacturing software solutions publisher and reseller with Advance Design, Advance BIM Designers, Advance Workshop and Arma+ ; (iii) a service provider and R&D partner for design offices and manufacturers.
