DDA & Company advises the shareholders of Fogale Sensors in an external growth operation with the acquisition of Texys Group.
Texys Group is a French company, also present in Germany and the United States, that designs, develops, manufactures, and markets sensors for onboard physical measurements in laboratories, for competitive motorsports, aeronautics, and transportation.
Backed by Capital Export, Fogale Sensors is a French manufacturer of capacitive sensors for turbomachinery, medical, and engineering applications. This first significant acquisition allows it to triple in size, diversify/complement its product portfolio, and address growing markets in France and internationally.
