This year, the firm pursued its support to Graitec, completing four transactions in close collaboration with Apax Partners, in England, Spain and Canada. It also advised Steliau Technology in an acquisition in Italy following a tertiary LBO and took action in a primary LBO with two funds (+50 M€).
The team, strengthened by the arrival of Agnès Marossero, keeps positioning itself on a great number of cross-border transactions, which now account for half of its dealflow, particularly as a result of its office in New York.
