ChapsVision Group, founded and managed by Olivier Dellenbach (ex-eFront), has acquired all the shares of NP6 Group. The operation results in the complete exit of the founder Stéphane Zittoun, as well as Naxicap (minority shareholder).
After two LBO transactions, the acquisition of Ezakus in 2016 and the sale of NP6 Consulting in 2018, this is the 7th transaction advised by DDA & Company on behalf of the shareholders or the Company.
NP6 is a software company, expert in data management and digital marketing to increase customer engagement and loyalty. The Company offers solutions for customer data unification, customer knowledge optimization, marketing automation and cross-channel marketing activation via its NP6 Conversational Marketing platform.
NP6 currently employs nearly 60 people who accompany more than 400 clients, including advertisers, agencies and institutes.
The acquirer, ChapsVision, offers data intelligence and analysis solutions mainly for e-commerce. The acquisition of NP6 is in line with the Group’s objective to become a major player in customer relations by supporting the digital transformation of companies.

NP6 currently employs 60 persons based split between Paris and Bordeaux. Its platform is used by more than 400 clients, including: Harmonie Mutuelle, Canal+, Boursorama, Groupe Casino, Brico Dépôt, IPSOS, E. Leclerc Voyages, Perfecstay.com, Gras Savoye, Banque Casino, SFR and Enedis.
ChapsVision, founded in May 2019 by Olivier Dellenbach (founder and ex-CEO of eFront), is a software company specialized in the technological support of commercial brands. ChapsVision offers innovative data analytics and intelligence solutions in the fields of Retail Tech, Fin Tech and any other related industry: CRM solutions, predictive analytics, product data analytics, customer recommendation automation.
The Group now aims to expand internationally while continuing to develop its offer. It has thus multiplied its external growth operations in recent years.
