Didier Choix, 50, Managing Partner 
Didier Choix is the founder and Managing Member of DDA and Company, LLC; he has been in the M&A and Financial Strategy business for nearly 20 years. During his career, he has initiated or been involved in deals of all sizes and in any type of industry but with a focus on cross-border transactions. Didier is based in New York.
Before setting up DDA in 1995, he was Managing Director of Harbourton Enterprises, LLC (Princeton, New Jersey), a merchant banking boutique specialized in the financial services industry. He was also CEO of Independence Funding Company, a non-bank lender to small businesses based in Dallas, Texas. (1992-1995).
From 1986 to 1992, he held various positions with The Fairchild Corporation, including Corporate Vice President in charge of the M&A department.
From 1982 through 1984, he was with Bankers Trust Company (Paris, France) where he developed an expertise in evaluating companies.
Didier Choix holds an MBA (with distinction) from the Wharton School (1986), and undergraduate degrees in business (1982) and accounting and tax law (1982).
